Survivor Day 1

KATIE JONES THE FIRST CANNED
October 3, 2001

SURVIVOR DRURY has arrived, and Katie Jones, a 13-year-old Sudbury Residence Student became the first person voted out of the Burdga Tribal. Katie, who struggled during playing games and was persuaded by her fellow tribe member to take off the easy player. She walking away from tribal council with her embarassing moment. She does feel like she an fool player.

SURVIVOR DRURY's premise is simple: Stranded and left to fend for themselves in one of the most socializing and a town places on earth, sixteen average Ontarians must learn to adapt and survive not only the harsh environment, but more importantly, each other. Every day the Survivors must gather to vote out one of their own. In the end, the Ultimate Survivor wins one a biggest prize.

It was the most exciting day for Survivors. At first, the crews explains some rules and few words. It started with a grueling team work game and its called "The High Pride". Each team will have to make their own flag. Oskark was working on their flag patienly whike Burdga team rushly to their pen, I made them to go back again and clean the mess but the Residence Supervisior, Larry Moroni, has chosen Burdga for the best flag.

As I asked my crew to summon each team from their pen for the 2nd game, "Fear No freezing". There is 2 kiddy pool with about -10oC water full with ices. They have to takes their socks off to put their feet in it. Whoever takes their feet out, the team will lose the delicious pepperoni pizza. The Oskark was thinking postivily, and lastly, Walid Ghanie took his wimpy feet out so they lost the pizza.

Each teams went back to their pen, the Oskark team was enjoying eating pizza. The Burdga team was talking about something I don't know. It was time for the Immunity Game.

Around the Sport Building, the obstacle was set up in circle. It was called "The Thin Long Easy Obstacle". They begin with the low crawling rope, if they touch the rope, they will have to go back to the beginning (the rest of obstacle is not nesscessary to explain). The Burdga team went first because they lost the game two. When the timer started, everyone went smoothly in the obstacle. But Katie Jones, a member from Burdga team, keep touching the rope, so she went back 7 times. So the team ended up in 6 minutes and 50 seconds. The Oskark team had no problem and ended in 4 minutes.

So I tally the votes and Katie Jones got 5, Andrew Wilson got 2. (There was 7 votes out of 8, it because Amanda Richer didn't showed up the Tribal).
